Q. Is my status permanent? Will it reset?
A. Your status and perks will last all of the current calendar year, as well as the entire next year.
Q. I'm eligible for a Counter Display and/or Floor Stand, how do I get it?
A. We will mail out your Counter Display and/or Floor Stand automatically with your next order! If you don't plan on ordering soon and would like to get it earlier, please send an email to wholesale@junkbrands.com and we will get it sent out.
Q. I'm eligible for a branded banner, how do I get it?
A. We currently offer two options for you to choose from:
- A standard JUNK-branded banner that has been created by our design team.
- A co-branded banner that our design team creates for you. With this option, you will need to submit a logo file with your request.
To claim your banner, please send an email to wholesale@junkbrands.com to get the process started.
