Q. Why am I the tier that I am?
A. Each tier is based off of your annual amount spent.
Q. What do I get with the tier I am now? How do I get to the next tier?
Q. Is my status permanent? Will it reset?
A. Your status and perks will last all of the current calendar year, as well as the entire next year.
Q. I'm eligible for a Counter Display and/or Floor Stand, how do I get it?
A. We will mail out your Counter Display and/or Floor Stand automatically with your next order! If you don't plan on ordering soon and would like to get it earlier, please send an email to email@example.com and we will get it sent out.
Q. I'm eligible for a branded banner, how do I get it?
A. We currently offer two options for you to choose from:
- A standard JUNK-branded banner that has been created by our design team.
- A co-branded banner that our design team creates for you. With this option, you will need to submit a logo file with your request.
To claim your banner, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started.
Q. Who does this program apply to?
A. This program is for wholesalers within the United States.
