Q. I am a current JUNK Brands wholesale customer, but I normally place my orders by email and over the phone. How can I gain access to the website?

Please email the information below to the wholesale account manager. You should receive a welcome email within 24 hours. Click on the link in the email, enter your password, and start shopping!

Q. Am I able to place orders over the phone and email?

Yes, they must be submitted directly to the wholesale manager.

Q. I am new to JUNK Brands and I am interested in becoming a part of the JUNK Brands wholesale program. What information do I need to submit?

Please submit the below information, or use our wholesale application form to apply. Once approved, you will be sent your login information. You can expect a response within 24 hours.

Q. What are the payment terms for the JUNK Wholesale program?

A.

For new customers, payment for your first order is due at time of checkout. For all future orders your payment will be due 30 days from the date the product is shipped from our warehouse.

Q. What items from JUNK Brands are currently available in the wholesale program?

A.

We are currently wholesaling headbands, ear warmers, and beanies. We will likely be adding new items in the near future, so stay tuned!

Q. I want to know my cost before I sign up for the wholesale program, how can I do this?

A.

You can visit our retail site (JUNKbrands.com.) Your cost will be 50% off of the retail price shown on the retail site.

Q. I have submitted my wholesale information to JUNK Brands. Now what do I do?

A.

Within 24 hours after submitting your information to the wholesale manager, if you are approved, you will be sent a welcome email. Click the link in the email, enter your password, and you will be able to start placing orders online.

Q. I have just placed my first order, how long does it take to arrive?

A.

Plan on 7-10 business days for orders up to 500 units to be produced. Shipping will be an additional 2-3 days depending on location.

For larger orders, it could take up to 4 weeks depending on time of year and size of order.

Q. What are the MOQ's (Minimum Order Quantities) for the wholesale program?

A.

The only requirement we have is that we ask you to order at least 21 units per order. This can be any combination of headbands, ear warmers or beanies.

Q. Will my products have barcodes?

A.

Each product will have the UPC barcode, item description and retail price. (Retail price is the same as on the retail JUNK Brands website.)

Q. Can JUNK Wholesale customers buy from the JUNK events teams?

A.

Current JUNK wholesale customers can buy from events teams, but only at the end of a show. It will also be at the discretion of the events team what they sell.
